pawenn summary of 10 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Several long-term clients warmly praise Dr. Dorota Dobrzyńska, Dr. Agata, and Dr. Karolina Maczuga for their gentleness, expertise, and emotional support. However, serious negative reviews critique the staff for missing lung tumors or severe parasite infections, advising pet owners to seek second opinions when ailments persist.
Pet owners report successful feline tooth extractions, smooth recovery, and dependable multi-year chronic care for elderly dogs. In sharp contrast, dissatisfied reviewers recount prolonged suffering due to symptomatic therapy without basic parasite testing, alongside missed pulmonary abnormalities on thoracic x-rays.
Some pet parents appreciate that veterinarians patiently answer questions regarding exotic pets and describe clinical procedures in detail. Conversely, unhappy clients report lack of online notice regarding mandatory prior booking and unhelpful diagnostic communication when inquiring about essential laboratory stool tests.
Yes, client reviews commend the gentle and knowledgeable approach towards guinea pigs and small companion animals.
Yes, client experiences indicate that appointments should be booked in advance to avoid being turned away.
The clinic carries out periodontal therapy and surgical tooth extractions for both canine and feline patients.
