In contrast, two reviewers expressed strong dissatisfaction, citing an incomplete nail trim on an anxious dog and an allergic skin reaction following product use. Experiences vary noticeably among clients.
Most clients describe the parlour groomer as friendly, accommodating, and efficient when booking and handling routine grooming appointments. However, one reviewer felt staff appeared dismissive when attending to a nervous dog's nail clipping, leading to mixed overall impressions regarding client communication and service flexibility.
While one reviewer noted their dog thoroughly enjoyed the visit, multiple clients raised concerns regarding how sensitive pets were managed during appointments. Feedback highlights difficulties with handling nervous dogs during nail clipping and a reported skin flare-up following standard shampoo application on a dog with allergies.
