Clients frequently mention that front desk receptionist Carol is very welcoming and that groomers willingly accommodate senior dogs, cats, and difficult pets that other shops turn away.
Reviewers emphasize how calm and comfortable their animals remain during appointments, highlighting safe handling for dogs up to 17 years old with heart conditions. While one client reported an accidental minor nick during clipping, the vast majority note that fearful pets settle down and come home completely relaxed.
