Dr. Cristina and her team receive widespread praise for their clinical commitment, empathy, and affectionate support for ailing pets. Nevertheless, a dissatisfied visitor reported insensitive handling in the grooming section with an elderly dog requiring gentle patience.
Many pet owners appreciate the gentle devotion shown when attending injured cats and senior dogs undergoing long-term medical care. However, one critical review criticizes a lack of consideration during the bath of an arthritic dog that was experiencing severe distress.
While an occasional customer notes affordable rates during urgent visits, negative reviews center on surprise fees and opaque billing. Dissatisfied owners express frustration with unexpected treatment surcharges and commercial profitability taking precedence over care.
Yes, the facility includes an on-site dog grooming department operating alongside veterinary medical care.
Customer reviews note that cats injured from balcony falls were accepted immediately between scheduled appointments.
Yes, clients commend the empathetic guidance and tailored supplements provided for pets facing chronic or terminal conditions.
