pawenn summary of 5 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Many longtime clients in Secondigliano express deep gratitude to Dr. Maddalena Orefice and praise store staff like Nicola for helpful nutrition guidance. However, feedback is mixed due to a severe complaint regarding a grooming visit, where an owner faulted both the groomer and attending vet for lacking urgency when an animal fell acutely unwell.
Positive reviews emphasize lifesaving clinical interventions and effective long-term medical solutions provided to cherished companion animals. In contrast, one highly negative account details a dog's health deteriorating severely following a washing appointment, accompanied by complaints regarding postponed diagnostic blood screening.
Several owners have entrusted their pets to this facility for over fifteen years, highlighting consistent warmth and dedicated focus on animal well-being. Nevertheless, a contrasting review warns of severe hypothermia and acute distress after a bath, urging fellow pet parents to exercise heightened caution during outsourced handling.
