However, several dissatisfied reviewers report blunt or unwelcoming encounters with reception staff, including a dispute over kitten adoption and refusal to admit an unregistered emergency walk-in.
Owners credit Dr. Caruso with life-saving interventions, including cancer removals, effective dietary adjustments, and medication regimens that reversed severe cognitive decline in older pets. Benign cyst removals and infection treatments are also praised for minimal scarring and quick recovery. One owner, however, faulted the clinic for failing to resolve fatal anemia.
Clients describe fees for neutering, routine examinations, and cyst removals as very reasonable compared to other area clinics. Multiple reviewers emphasize that while complex surgeries require substantial funds, Faithful Friends offered the most manageable pricing among local options. Pet owners feel clinicians prioritize pet health over unnecessary expenses.
Reviewers note that the clinic operates strictly by appointment and does not accept unscheduled emergency walk-ins at the door.
