pawenn summary of 25 Google reviews from October 2024 – October 2026
While repeat clients praise appealing breed styling, critical reports predominate. Numerous owners complain about excessively shorn undercoats, coat disorders such as clipper alopecia in Pomeranians, and uneven trims executed contrary to explicit customer instructions.
A portion of reviewers note pleasant personnel and straightforward appointments. Conversely, many clients recount unapproachable staff conduct, noticeable language barriers during consultations, and an unwillingness to address justified complaints following service.
Positive remarks cite patient handling of matted coats. Far more frequently, however, guardians recount painful clipper nicks near paws or eyes, quicked claws causing bleeding, and noticeably traumatized pets that subsequently required veterinary treatment.
Yes, owners report brushing and grooming services for cats, though they advise clear advance instructions.
Yes, clients mention that same-day spontaneous slots are occasionally accommodated.
Clients caution that double-coated dogs were sometimes clipped down to the undercoat and recommend strict prior instructions.
