pawenn summary of 6 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Many clients commend the beautiful visual transformations, neat haircuts, and expert nail trimming performed by groomer Sebastian. On the other hand, one critical review described an accidental cut to delicate skin that required veterinary consultation, dampening overall confidence.
Several dog owners report that their pets stay calm and leave happy without the usual anxiety common during grooming appointments. Nonetheless, the incident involving a skin injury underscores the essential balance between swift service and strict gentle handling.
Pet owners warmly praise the groomer for his friendly, reassuring attitude and love for canine visitors. In contrast, cat owners reported frustration over sudden refusals of feline services and conflicting scheduling messages across online booking platforms.
The salon offers baths, hair styling, hygienic clipping, ear cleaning, gland clearance, and claw trimming.
Recent reviews indicate that cat grooming has been relocated to another address, so clients should confirm feline appointments beforehand.
The salon is situated at Nowolipki 13 in the Muranów neighborhood of Warsaw's Wola district.
Reviewers report that the groomer trims nails skillfully and calmly, even for dogs that strongly resist trimming in other salons.
