pawenn summary of 19 Google reviews from April – October 2026
The vast majority of reviews praise a friendly, professional and attentive team, with regular mentions of the manager and the groomer. Two disappointed customers, however, describe a tense exchange with the manager during a complaint. These criticisms are in the minority, but they concern the relationship with management.
Owners praise cuts that match their request and dogs that come out clean, soft and well styled, from a poodle to an Australian Shepherd. A few critical reviews mention an uneven cut or one not done as requested, with remarks about the price. These cases remain a minority next to the many satisfied reviews.
Several reviews note that dogs, and even cats, leave relaxed, comfortable and well treated. Owners describe a team that loves animals and knows how to reassure them during a first grooming. Two Sacred Birman cats are among the satisfied clients of the salon, in the 16th arrondissement.
