pawenn summary of 7 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Although a few satisfied pet owners praise the vet's pleasant manner and affordable rates, negative accounts dominate the recent reviews. Dissatisfied clients accuse the doctor of substandard professionalism, superficial evaluations, and questionable conduct.
Most reviews discussing clinical outcomes recount diagnostic blunders: misdiagnosing glaucoma as cataracts, omitting X-rays for an injured dog, and wound injuries after procedures. Conversely, positive reviewers appreciated swift recovery from skin ailments.
Pet owners recount contrasting experiences regarding pet handling. While some visitors mention gentle anal gland emptying, others report severe distress, acute worsening of injuries, and the urgent need to transfer their pets to 24-hour emergency hospitals.
The practice is located at ul. Spółdzielców 3 in the Bieżanów-Prokocim district.
Recent reviews repeatedly raise concerns regarding ophthalmic and traumatic diagnostic errors.
The clinic primarily welcomes walk-in pet owners during standard consultation hours.
