pawenn summary of 9 Google reviews from April – October 2026
The vast majority of clients are delighted by clean styling and the tidy appearance of their dogs after appointments. Thorough dematting and brushing receive particular praise. One critical review, however, reports serious trimming faults and skin irritation following clipping.
Clients commend the welcoming salon atmosphere and comprehensive guidance on grooming options for puppies and adult dogs. The team takes time for questions and ensures a friendly reception. However, handling of a formal complaint was viewed by one customer as lacking responsiveness.
Pets are generally treated with patience and affection, allowing even young puppies to settle down quickly. In sharp contrast, a detailed complaint reported clipper burn injuries and high salon temperatures, which necessitated subsequent veterinary treatment.
Yes, the salon features an online booking widget on its website for convenient scheduling.
Yes, owners report positively on free initial consultations to familiarize puppies gently with coat care.
Yes, grooming services cater to dogs of all sizes ranging from small lapdogs to larger breeds.
