pawenn summary of 42 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Caregivers of rabbits, ferrets, and rodents deeply value the specialized expertise, gentle touch, and profound dedication of attending exotic veterinarians. However, some reviewers express frustration regarding strict reception rules and blunt communication when arranging emergency visits.
Feedback highlights successful dental korekty, digestive stasis interventions, and tumor removals in fragile exotic patients where standard clinics were powerless. In contrast, several heartbroken owners recount tragic losses in extremely advanced and fragile cases.
Reviewers warmly appreciate detailed home nursing instructions, feeding advice, and informative discharge summaries provided by the medical staff. Conversely, a few clients mention difficulties reaching on-call doctors by phone when sudden critical deterioration occurs.
The practice specializes exclusively in small mammals and exotics: rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters, rats, and hedgehogs.
Yes, specialized dental trimming, incisor extractions, and molar adjustments are core services of the clinic.
It is located at Tadeusza Krępowieckiego 10, unit U-14, in Warsaw's Wola district.
