pawenn summary of 6 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Several pet owners praise groomer Antonio for his calm manner and courteous approach. Clients with nervous pets report that he takes patient care to create an unhurried, reassuring environment. Even reviews that express reservations about specific cuts explicitly acknowledge his friendly, well-mannered attitude.
Part of the clientele highlights that even anxious dogs remain relaxed during visits and manage their grooming without distress. Conversely, a severe complaint reported that whiskers and eyelashes were shaved off a pet, causing deep dismay. Feedback regarding hands-on treatment therefore shows distinctly varied impressions.
While some regular patrons express satisfaction with their poodles' appearance, reviews for other breeds voice substantial criticism. Complaints focus on clipping instead of hand-stripping wire-haired coats like Border Terriers and flawed styling choices. Owners advise clarifying specific trimming expectations in advance.
