pawenn summary of 9 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet parents warmly praise Dr. Agnieszka Chełmińska-Walerzak for her dedication, diagnostic insight, and reassuring attitude. While the core team receives strong appreciation, a reviewer felt that younger assistant doctors needed closer supervision during complex cases.
Several clients report accurate medical diagnoses and vital therapy, crediting the clinic with saving very sick pets when other vets were uncertain. However, one owner reported a lack of progress after an initial appointment, deciding to seek care elsewhere.
Reviewers appreciate being admitted without a scheduled booking in emergency circumstances, even right before evening closing time. Conversely, peak clinic hours can occasionally create delays and waiting times when multiple urgent cases overlap at the facility.
Yes, clients report being accepted without prior appointment when urgent veterinary intervention is required.
The practice is located at Płocka 17/lok U5 in the Wola district of Warsaw.
The clinic primarily cares for dogs and cats, with reviewers particularly highlighting feline medical treatment.
