Several owners commend the dedication, precision, and welcoming attitude shown by groomers Desirée and Gessica. The team is frequently described as passionate and attentive during pet styling appointments. However, one sharply critical review accuses the staff of failing to recognize signs of heat distress during the drying phase.
Most feedback highlights great aesthetic outcomes, coat thinning, and nail trimming for dogs and cats, resulting in clean and pleasant-smelling fur. In contrast, two negative reviews express disappointment: one citing heat distress during blow-drying and another complaining about the premature deterioration of leather accessories purchased in the boutique.
Many reviewers describe a serene and clean atmosphere where cats and cautious dogs feel comfortable through affectionate, gentle care. However, one testimonial recounts a serious episode of heat exhaustion that required urgent veterinary attention, underscoring the critical necessity of vigilantly monitoring pet temperature during forced-air drying.
Yes, clients confirm that gentle grooming and coat maintenance are offered for cats as well.
