pawenn summary of 8 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Reviews reflect mixed sentiments: established long-term clients warmly praise the two experienced veterinarians for human kindness, dedication, and clinical honesty, while two critical reviews report dissatisfaction with medical instructions and post-procedure attention.
Reviewers emphasize the veterinarians' gentle handling and positive disposition toward dogs and cats during health checks and treatments. Caregivers note that animals are approached with patience, though one critical post laments an unsuccessful outcome with a pet rabbit.
Caregivers describing positive experiences note accurate diagnoses that quickly put sick pets back on their feet within hours. Conversely, two critical accounts express deep grievance over treatment complications and medication dosage errors, forming a mixed outcome picture.
Due to a high volume of loyal clients and only two doctors, waiting times can be long, but regulars feel the quality justifies it.
Yes, reviewers appreciate that pricing is very fair and transparent, with a strict focus on medical care rather than retail sales.
Multiple pet parents note having trusted Dr. Ryszard and the team for over twenty years across multiple generations of family pets.
