pawenn summary of 12 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Reviews present mixed impressions of the veterinary team: satisfied pet parents praise Dr. Michał Imbierski and caring staff for loving attention to animals, whereas four critical accounts report unaddressed concerns, rushed interactions, and disappointing reception service.
Caregivers warmly observe that veterinary nurses and doctors genuinely love companion animals, handling both dogs and cats with care and minimal stress. Clients note that pet patients are kept calm during dental procedures, tartar removal, and routine veterinary check-ups.
Feedback on medical outcomes is balanced between successful surgical and dental recoveries and critical concerns. While cat and dog owners thank the clinic for saving their pets' health, two reviewers express frustration over inconclusive diagnoses and lack of clear symptom relief.
Clients highlight professional ultrasonic tartar removal and difficult dental extractions performed by Dr. Imbierski.
A few critical reviews mention difficulties in reaching reception by telephone and occasional delays with app-booked appointments.
The clinic coordinates consultation times to avoid crowded waiting rooms, allowing pets to undergo examinations peacefully.
