Doctors are commended for thorough consultations and diligence, though a minority of reviewers reported friction regarding appointment scheduling or tense communication after surgical procedures.
Owners highlight that doctors show genuine patience and gentleness toward nervous animals, even during detailed ultrasound scans. Staff strive to establish calm rapport with four-legged patients, enabling many dogs and cats to attend follow-up visits and routine vaccinations without unnecessary anxiety.
Most guardians report successful surgeries, accurate diagnostic imaging, and prompt clinical recovery for feline and canine patients.
