Owners of senior dogs and chronically ill animals emphasize the patient guidance provided across multiple years of life. The practitioner approaches senior animal behavior calmly, avoiding redundant procedures. Only isolated reviews urge greater care regarding small mammals.
During in-person consultations, the team answers inquiries thoroughly and explains clinical options clearly. However, some callers report sudden hang-ups or uncooperative responses during English telephone requests. Telephone communication thus receives mixed assessments.
