Long-standing clients praise Dr. Opelt for thorough diagnostics, empathy, and a calm manner during routine appointments. She takes ample time to explain health issues. During night emergency shifts, however, occasional clients mention longer waits, impatient communication, and perceived emotional detachment.
Multiple owners highlight successful therapeutic courses, such as resolving chronic digestive problems or avoiding unnecessary joint surgery via physiotherapy. In contrast, unhappy emergency visitors question the efficacy of acute visits and criticize high costs when immediate relief was not perceived.

Many owners have entrusted their animals to the practice for years or decades, valuing the deep understanding demonstrated for pet welfare.
