pawenn summary of 7 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Veterinarian Ms. Laskawy is appreciated by many owners for her professional expertise, patience, and fair treatment fees. Several loyal clients report longstanding trust. However, two reviews voice sharp criticism regarding insufficient empathy and poor customer service from front desk personnel.
In multiple cases, owners praise detailed medical explanations and the generous time spent addressing their concerns. In contrast, disappointed clients criticize lost appointment bookings, extended waiting without status updates, and unanswered follow-up requests regarding lab results.
Guardians of spirited dogs highlight the veterinarian's assertive and calm handling, which enabled smooth vaccinations without undue fuss. Conversely, one cat owner filed a complaint describing overly forceful restraint and an inaccurate preliminary tumor diagnosis.
Owners report that Ms. Laskawy guides energetic and reactive dogs safely and assertively through routine injections.
While many visits proceed smoothly, occasional reviews report scheduling discrepancies for appointments arranged by phone.
Clients consider fees for standard clinical treatments fair and reasonable in comparison to broader Berlin rates.
