pawenn summary of 6 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Several reviewers commend the team on Trelder Weg for their friendly, pragmatic, and skilled approach. Pet owners value useful advice and honest consultations. Conversely, critical feedback reports a lack of empathy and a dismissive reaction when a member of the public brought in an injured wild bird.
For domestic pets such as dogs, owners describe a welcoming, animal-centered atmosphere where pets feel comfortable. At the same time, it is noted that wildlife like injured pigeons is not treated on site, which creates frustration and disappointment among wildlife finders seeking help.
Pet owners appreciate that practitioners recognize clinical limits and forward complex cases to specialized animal hospitals rather than prolonging treatments unnecessarily. Alongside satisfied feedback, brief negative ratings also reflect general dissatisfaction with outcomes.
Yes, reviewers appreciate the convenient consultation hours offered on Saturdays.
No, customer feedback indicates that wild animals are referred to external rescue centers.
