pawenn summary of 6 Google reviews from October 2024 – October 2026
Most clients describe a very friendly and caring couple dedicated to their grooming profession. However, one negative review reports an abrupt refusal to groom an American Bulldog upon arrival for an appointment, leaving the pet guardian astonished and disappointed by the strict refusal.
Guardians of Spitz, Golden Retrievers, and companion dogs highlight the neatness and precision of the grooming work. Haircuts are even, brushing is thorough, and owners collect clean, well-groomed animals following their scheduled session at the salon.
Several reviewers note genuine care for pet comfort, including when handling nervous or challenging dogs during sessions. In contrast, the incident involving an American Bulldog indicates that certain larger or specific breeds may not be accepted within this neighborhood salon.
Reviews indicate that companion and medium dogs are welcomed, though an explicit refusal was reported for an American Bulldog.
Yes, clients highlight that rates are very reasonable compared to other groomers in the city.
