The vast majority of pet guardians highly praise the skill, dedication, and warm approach of veterinarians, especially Dr. Pavelková and Dr. Škubal. Only in isolated cases did visitors criticize perceived aloofness or insufficient urgency upon arrival.
The clinic successfully treats dogs and cats of all sizes, as well as rabbits, hamsters, and even pet geckos. Owners appreciate stress-free claw trimming, assistance during complicated pet deliveries, and gentle handling of exotic pets in a calm space.
Reviewers gratefully describe successful weekend surgeries, swift treatment of allergic reactions, and stabilizing critical patients. Two critical reviews, however, dispute diagnostic accuracy and question the overall therapeutic success of rendered care.
Yes, clients in reviews confirm successful emergency surgeries performed during weekends and holidays.
Yes, pet owners mention satisfaction with recurring expert care for geckos and small rodents.
