pawenn summary of 5 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet owners consistently praise long-tenured veterinarians and technicians for their thoughtful bedside manner during regular checkups and puppy care. However, a client in a critical emergency noted an unsupportive front-door encounter when the clinic was closing.
Clients generally appreciate doctors who clearly explain treatment options and answer detailed medical concerns without rushing. Nevertheless, one visiting owner reported poor communication and abrupt directions during an after-hours dog attack emergency.
Regular clients appreciate that the practice accommodates urgent same-day appointments during routine operating hours for sudden pet illnesses. However, walk-in emergency intake is strictly limited when the clinic is closing or lacks veterinary staff.
Yes, reviewers mention that an approximately $80 deposit is required when booking, which is then credited toward the final bill upon arrival.
Clients report that the clinic accommodates same-day and urgent routine visits when scheduling permits during regular business hours.
Pet owners note that fees for standard examinations and wellness services are fair and reasonable compared to emergency clinics.
