pawenn summary of 25 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Numerous clients appreciate the patience and warmth shown by veterinary technicians and attending female doctors when caring for pets. In contrast, several reviews report rushed or unempathetic interactions with front desk personnel and specific clinicians.
Reviewers note that assistants and veterinary staff handle shy, fearful dogs and small kittens with calm attention. Pet owners express gratitude for team members who took extra time to soothe anxious animals that dislike physical examination procedures.
Clients report effective routine health maintenance, including puppy vaccinations, weight monitoring, and post-treatment resolutions. While one client questioned a doctor's chronic illness guidance, most pet owners find scheduled preventive care satisfactory.
The plan spreads annual preventative care costs into monthly payments, though reviewers advise reading contract cancellation terms carefully.
Some clients note pets are taken to treatment rooms for diagnostics or microchip scans rather than keeping owners present throughout.
The hospital is located inside the PetSmart store at Quartermaster Plaza on Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia.
The hospital provides routine and urgent wellness visits, but refers severe emergency trauma cases to specialized emergency hospitals.
