pawenn summary of 9 Google reviews from October 2024 – October 2026
Several loyal clients praise the neat and aesthetic appearance of their pets following visits, commending the overall hygiene and grooming standard. However, other reviewers expressed strong dissatisfaction with uneven cuts, lack of requested teeth cleaning, and extended appointment times.
Long-standing patrons highlight the dedication, gentle demeanor, and professional experience demonstrated by the senior groomer Julia. Conversely, dissatisfied visitors reported poor conflict resolution, dismissive telephone remarks, and variable consistency when assistant groomers perform styling tasks.
While many dogs leave the salon relaxed, fragrant, and ready for walks, some pet owners expressed concern over prolonged stays exceeding three hours. A few reviewers noted that extended waiting times in the facility can increase fatigue and stress for more sensitive animals.
The salon provides bathing, full-coat clipping, breed-standard styling, hygiene trims, and cosmetic dental tartar care.
Full styling packages usually take between one and two hours, though complex coats or busy schedules may occasionally extend to three hours.
Clients note that it is possible to stop for a few minutes directly outside the building on Jana Kazimierza to safely drop off or collect pets.
Yes, grooming sessions require prior reservation by phone or booking channels to ensure adequate time for treatment.
