Lucy's Lucky Dogs

Many dog owners praise the grooming outcomes on Graham Avenue, noting clean coats, tidy paws, and neat finishes on their pets. Regular visitors return for reliable styling. However, one client felt disappointed when their double-coated dog was shaved short contrary to specific instructions.

Longtime clients speak warmly of the front desk and groomers, describing them as patient and flexible with routine appointments. Conversely, two reviewers reported dismissive interactions at drop-off, including turning away walk-ins early and ignoring styling preferences.

Clients appreciate how groomers manage pets with difficult temperaments or physical sensitivities, including dogs prone to nipping when matted. Pet parents feel reassured that their animals are handled calmly without undue stress throughout the salon session.
